Kelapa Dua Island was chosen as the area developed to become a fishermen village. 

Seribu Island Regent, Budi Utomo stated it was a suggestion of Jakarta Governor Basuki Tjahaja Purnama regarding the food security and production development of fish cultivation in Seribu Islands. 

" It should be running this year, as the island has received aid to develop the program there ," said Budi, Wednesday, (9/2). 

He added, the first program that will be conducted is renovating house, thus the houses there have the same concept of fisherman village. 

"I want the ground not to be used only for house renovation but also for fishermen's activities, making net, boats or a place for drying the fishes," he explained.
